These policy notes are written to make shopping feel calmer: what ships fastest, what may take longer, and how we handle returns for finished pieces, kits, and delicate handmade details.
Processing
Most orders ship in 3 to 5 business days.
Ready-made items usually move fastest. Mixed orders that include DIY kits, fragile scenes, or made-to-order styling sets may take a little longer so we can pack them carefully.
Shipping
Tracked shipping whenever possible.
Miniatures, dolls, and delicate charms are packed with display-safe care. Larger room boxes may ship separately from soft goods or small accessories if that protects the pieces better in transit.
Returns
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Unused items in original condition are the easiest to review for return. Customized pieces, opened consumable materials, and damaged-by-use items are generally not returnable unless they arrived with a quality issue.

Which doll sizes do your wardrobe pieces fit?
We are designing the collection around common 10cm and 15cm cotton doll sizes. When sizing varies, the product page should call it out clearly so shoppers do not have to guess.
Do you sell both finished pieces and DIY kits?
Yes. Some items are ready to display or gift, while others are meant to be assembled, styled, or customized at home. We want the site language to always make that difference obvious.
Can I request a custom color palette or matching set?
You can always send a request through Contact Us. If custom work is open, sharing the doll size, mood, and deadline helps us respond much faster.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please email photos of the package and item within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue quickly. For fragile scenes and mini props, clear photos help us tell whether a repair, replacement, or refund is the best path.
Where should I start if I am new to the hobby?
Start with one doll, one outfit set, or a simple pre-built mini scene. If you enjoy making, move into the beginner-friendly kits on the DIY & Tools page after you get a feel for the scale and styling language.
